Read these as prototype terms
KODE Ń VIBE is a Kenya-focused developer-community prototype. It now uses hosted services for member accounts, public project submissions and limited paid learning access, while much of the public website remains statically delivered. By using it, you agree to use its pages and features lawfully and responsibly. If you do not agree, do not create an account, submit content or purchase access.
These terms do not yet identify a registered operator entity, physical address or dispute forum and require further legal review. The checkout currently offered is a one-time KSh 3,999 purchase for 30 days of Frontend Developer access; it does not renew automatically.
Responsible use
You may read the public content and test the local interface for personal learning, evaluation and lawful community participation. Do not:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to another system or browser profile;
- use the site to harass, deceive, impersonate or expose another person;
- submit malware, credential-stealing links, unlawful content or material you have no right to share;
- misrepresent a prototype result, roadmap or community interaction as a qualification or endorsement;
- test security against systems you do not own or have explicit permission to assess.
The code of conduct provides additional community expectations.
Accounts and public project features
Supabase provides the current account service. The sign-in screen supports email and password, email links or codes, confirmation, recovery and account-security flows. Google sign-in is offered only if the Google provider has been configured and the Google button is visible. Keep your credentials private and use a unique password.
Signed-in members can publish project cards and optional images to the hosted database and storage service. Creator name, broad optional location, project description, links, technology labels, image, reaction count and publication date can be public. Member likes are stored against the account; some interface preferences, drafts and reactions to demonstration cards remain in the browser.
You are responsible for the accuracy, rights and safety of anything you publish. KODE Ń VIBE may hide or remove material that is unlawful, unsafe, misleading, infringes rights or breaches these terms or the code of conduct. See the privacy notice for data and deletion details.
Educational information, not a guarantee
Guides, roadmaps, questionnaires and examples are general educational information. They are not accredited curricula, recruitment decisions, personalised career advice or promises of employment, income, admission, certification or business results.
Technology, regulations, public services, course terms and employer requirements change. Check the visible review date, follow the linked primary source and verify decisions with the responsible institution or a suitably qualified professional.
External services, links and email
Supabase processes account, database, project-image, payment-record and access-entitlement operations. Paystack hosts the payment form and processes supported card or mobile-money payments. KODE Ń VIBE does not receive your full card or mobile-money credentials. If Google sign-in is enabled and you choose it, Google also processes the authentication request. Account messages are sent through Supabase and whichever transactional email provider is configured at the time.
The site also links to services KODE Ń VIBE does not control. Their content, availability, security, privacy, eligibility and terms belong to their respective providers. A link, name or logo does not by itself establish partnership or endorsement.
Before paying, verify that the checkout is hosted by Paystack, the amount is KSh 3,999 and the description is Frontend Developer 30-day access. Contact kodenvibe@gmail.com with the Paystack reference if a successful payment is not attached to your signed-in account.
Content and project rights
Original KODE Ń VIBE text, design and code may be protected by applicable rights; third-party names, libraries, images and linked materials remain subject to their own rights and licences. A public repository may contain a licence describing permitted reuse. Where there is no clear permission, ask before republishing substantial material.
You keep ownership of material you submit. By publishing a project card or image, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and give KODE Ń VIBE a non-exclusive permission to store, display and technically reproduce that material only as needed to operate and promote the community feature. You may request removal, but copies can remain temporarily in backups, caches or third-party systems.
Availability and limitations
The prototype is provided on an “as available” basis for evaluation, learning and early community participation. Pages and hosted features can contain errors, outdated links or unfinished interactions and can change or disappear. Keep your own project backups and do not rely on the service for emergencies, identity verification, financial records, regulated decisions or the only copy of important work.
To the extent applicable law allows, KODE Ń VIBE does not promise uninterrupted availability, delivery of every account email, fitness for a particular purpose or that an external resource is safe and current. Nothing here excludes a right or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and contact
Material changes should update the effective or review date on this page. These terms must continue to be reviewed against the actual operator, service providers, data flows, commercial model and Kenyan legal obligations.
For a correction or content-removal request, email kodenvibe@gmail.com. Include the account email or project link only when needed to locate the record; never send a password, one-time code or secret key.
